All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through J place, including products, services, digital goods, custom orders, and sale items, are final sale and non-refundable.

We do not offer:

• Refunds
• Returns
• Exchanges
• Store credit

once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at joel08boy@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review claims on a case-by-case basis and may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement if appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted.

Chargebacks

By completing a purchase, you agree to this Return Policy and acknowledge that initiating a chargeback for a valid and properly fulfilled order may constitute a breach of these terms.
